These terms govern use of the VarVanta website and founding pilot. By using the website or participating in the pilot, you agree to these terms.

Pilot service

VarVanta helps businesses and technology providers discover potential opportunities and organize sourcing conversations. The pilot may change, pause, or end as we learn from participants.

No guarantee or endorsement

VarVanta does not guarantee introductions, proposals, sales, outcomes, provider qualifications, or the accuracy of participant information. An introduction is not an endorsement. Each participant is responsible for its own evaluation and decisions.

Transactions between participants

Buyers and providers are responsible for their own negotiations, contracts, payments, compliance, security reviews, and disputes. VarVanta is not a party to agreements between participants unless expressly stated in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, submit unlawful or misleading information, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another party’s rights.

Intellectual property

The VarVanta name, branding, website, and original content belong to VarVanta or its licensors. You retain ownership of information you submit and permit us to use it to provide the pilot service.

Disclaimer and liability

The website and pilot are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. VarVanta disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or pilot.
